Here’s how the 1-Week Shopify service works:
Onboarding:
Once the onboarding paperwork is complete, I invite you to your Notion Portal and give you a Walkthrough tutorial on how to use the space during our project. There is a space for you to upload all of your brand assets, photos, and website copywriting for the project. While you upload all of your assets, I’ll send you a request to be a collaborator on your Shopify store. By accepting the request, I’ll be able to design and develop your website during your 1-week window.
Day 1: Kick-off Call & Strategy
On Day 1, we kick off the project with a 30-minute video call. During the call, we will discuss the strategy I’ve developed for your website design. Prior to the call, I’ll be assessing any analytics data you have to make sure that my design decisions will be effective in reaching your goals.
Days 2-3: Design & Development
On Days 2-3, I check in with you in the morning to let you know I’m going to start the website design and development process. I will work through each of the pages we discussed and let you know when they are complete and ready for your review. You can leave feedback for each page in the Notion portal.
Day 4-5: Wrap-Up & Final Revisions
On Days 4-5, I wrap up any additional revisions for each of the website pages to make sure the website is looking perfect! I’ll also walk through the website and test all the links, buttons, and functionalities to make sure that everything is working correctly. You’ll have until the late afternoon to submit any last revisions for me to complete by the end of the work day. If you decide you’d like an additional day to add pages or continue to refine the website design, you can request to add that to your project scope.
